In late 2006, A2B took advantage of a new service from an existing supplier and introduced an SMS text message booking facility for our customers.
It's simple to use and you will get reply texts and individual booking codes sent back to your phone.
This system is ideal for when you are in a busy/noisy place, where you may not be able to be heard on a phone.

Simply start you message with A2B (then a space) put the pick up point you are at, your required time and your name and send it to 81810.

There is a charge of 25p added to your normal mobile rate to send a message to book your car, but for peace of mind it is a very simple and effective way of booking your car.

After you have sent your SMS text, our call centre receives it straight through on our CABFIND™ system and instantly sends you a reply text informing you that you booking is being dealt with along with our contact number in case you need it.

When the call centre has processed you booking (which should take no more that a minute), you will receive a second reply SMS Text informing you if we are able to carry out your request. Please bare in mind at our busy times you may have to wait for your car.

The text message service is not a queue jumping service, it is a new form of booking service and is treated with the same priority as a normal phone call.
